Book early for the popular dates. Thursday and Friday evenings carry most of Egypt's weddings, and in peak season the best cars are typically reserved weeks ahead. Once the venue is confirmed, lock in the cars.
Plan the zaffa to the minute. Decide when the car should appear at the venue entrance, and give your photographer a quiet 15–20 minutes with the car earlier in the day — the arrival shots are the ones that last.
Respect the evening traffic. Cairo and Alexandria both slow down just as weddings begin, so we plan the route in advance and build in a buffer — the couple arrives calm, not checking the clock.

As soon as your date and venue are set. Thursday and Friday evenings in the wedding season are the first to go, so a few weeks ahead is safest — but ask us anyway for a close date and we will do our best.
